My Account
Personalize your profile on the “My Account” tab. You can now edit your personal information, update your profile photo, and change your password.
Your Address book allows you to easily update your shipping address and save time by not having to re-enter your address for each purchase.
Save time on your next order by entering your head and system measurements under "My Measurements".Once you send your hair template and samples to Lordhair, we will update them in this tab, and all future orders will be processed based on these measurements.You can use Lordhair pickup service to send in these measurements or mail them to us yourself.
My Orders
Introducing your expertly curated online registry where you can find all your orders - past and present!
With the "All Orders" tab, you can easily access a summary of all your past and present orders, as well as those that are still pending.
Ensure a hassle-free experience with our hair systems. As soon as you receive your order and are satisfied, confirm the delivery, you can review or apply for After-Sales services by simply refreshing the page. We're here to provide you with the best service possible.
P.S All pending orders can only be completed using a valid credit card. If you need to use another payment method, kindly cancel the order and restart the ordering process.
With the Payment Review feature, your order paid with a credit card is currently under review. Please be patient and wait for confirmation of payment. Once confirmed, we will promptly process your order.
After you have completed the payment for your order, have you ever wondered at what stage your order is? Well, now you can easily see which of your orders are in Processing, or in Shipping.
If you are satisfied with your order, kindly leave a review under the Reviews tab. You will have the option to see all orders pending review and previously reviewed orders.
After-Sales Orders
Accessing after-sales services has never been easier. You can get real-time updates on all your after-sales applications, including returns and refunds (full or partial).
Upon initiating your after-sales application, a review process will begin. Following this, a decision will be reached based on your selected options, whether it be refunds or returns.
If you need to return an order to us, you can track your return order through this tab after we receive it.All decisions made during your after-sales application, including both successful and unsuccessful ones, will be available here. If a successful decision is reached, your after-sales process will be closed. In case you are unsatisfied with the decision, you can take further action by re-applying or contacting Lordhair directly via email.
